Ordering & Shipping Information
Custom-designed stained glass is created exclusively for you and your space! All I need are basic dimensions and your scene ideas to provide a cost estimate. Estimates are FREE, so if you've always had a lingering desire to add a special splash of color in a certain spot, simply Email your specifications to find out how affordable your idea may be!
If my quote is acceptable, a one-third deposit is all that's required to proceed. A full-size drawing is provided for your written approval. At that time we also establish/approve color preferences so that work can commence.
Completion time depends upon size and complexity of your work of art and status of any backlog. Everything is handmade and thus requires appropriate completion time. You are rewarded with a future heirloom of exceptional quality and style. The design process is fun, and I welcome your ideas to inspire me.
SHIPMENT:
Upon completion of your art work, you are notified so that any balance due can be paid, as well as final arrangements made for shipping. Your fully insured art work is shipped in a wooden crate to your home or business. Crating charges are $25.00 and up, depending on size and material requirements, of course. Shipping is available by US Postal Service, UPS, by air or by sea, depending on size limitations. Freight charges are added accordingly.
